Die Cutting

Our Heidelberg cylinder is our oldest machine but possibly our most versatile. Converted from its original printing function, it now cuts, creases, kiss-cuts and embosses anything from tissue papers through to heavyweight boards giving us the flexibility to create different shapes, finishes and textures.

Cutting

Using a die, we can create shapes from a simple window to a bespoke complex shape such as boxes.

Creasing

Create perfect parallel folds on items by using form bars.

Kiss Cut

Cutting the face paper on self adhesive to make stickers of various shapes and sizes.

Embossing

Pressing a male and female die together to create textures or logos.

By having the cylinder in-house we have removed journeys to and from an outsourced company. This allows us to control quality, improve job turn around times, and the ability to offer you a better price.
